5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Deliverables: Full commercial usage and publication rights for final exported video deliverables are formally transferred to the client upon receipt of 100% full project payment. RealMint Creations retains the irrevocable right to showcase completed deliverables across our portfolio, website, and promotional reels for demonstration purposes unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed in advance.

5.2 Third-Party Content: Any third-party stock footage, licensed audio, fonts, or assets incorporated into projects remain subject to their respective vendor licenses and terms.

5.3 Raw Project Files: Proprietary editing project files (Premiere Pro `.prproj`, After Effects `.aep`, DaVinci `.drp`, raw motion project files) are not included by default and remain agency property unless explicitly purchased or negotiated in the master statement of work.

All creative editors, animators, and sound designers operating on RealMint Creations projects work under the direct supervision and quality control of our agency leadership.

• All work produced within agency engagements constitutes official agency execution.
• Editors and production contributors are strictly unauthorized to engage directly with clients outside official agency channels.

7. Payment Terms & Billing

• Project initiation requires an agreed advance deposit (or upfront monthly retainer payment for subscription agreements).
• Any remaining milestone balances must be cleared prior to the release of watermark-free final high-resolution masters.
• Delayed client payments may result in immediate project holds or rescheduled delivery deadlines.

8. Revisions & Iteration Policy

Every project includes standard revision rounds as specified in the service tier or statement of work (typically 2-3 standard review rounds focusing on pacing, cuts, captions, and color tweaks).

• Revision requests must be submitted in a consolidated format (e.g. Frame.io comments or timestamped notes).
• Major scope shifts requested after draft approval (e.g., complete storyline re-cuts, script rewrites, newly filmed footage additions) are treated as new requests and billed accordingly.

9. Delivery Timelines & Dependencies

Standard turnaround times (e.g. 24–48 hours for short-form, 48–72 hours for long-form) are defined per project tier. Turnaround clocks begin once all required raw assets, footage, briefs, and assets are fully received. Delays resulting from late client responses or pending approvals do not constitute agency default.

For social media handling, channel optimization, and growth services: Organic reach, virality, subscriber counts, and ad ROAS are subject to dynamic platform algorithms and market variables. RealMint Creations does not guarantee specific numerical metrics; our guarantee is centered on world-class editing execution, retention engineering, and strategic consistency.

11. Video Production & Shoot Disclaimer

Shoot coordination and physical production depend on location availability, permits, and mutually agreed timelines. Uncontrollable external factors (severe weather, third-party facility issues, force majeure) may necessitate rescheduled shoot dates without penalty to either party.

12. Wedding & Event Video Editing Clause

Final cinematic output and color grading quality directly rely on the quality, lighting, and audio clarity of the raw footage provided. Specific musical preferences, narrative pacing styles, or religious/cultural nuances must be communicated before editing commences.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealMint Creations and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from social platform policy changes, account bans, performance fluctuations, or third-party platform outages.

14. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All proprietary business information, unreleased footage, strategies, and client data shared with RealMint Creations are treated with strict confidentiality. All internal editors and contributors are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

15. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer or project with written notice (standard 14-day notice for monthly retainers). Payments rendered for work that has commenced are non-refundable, and completed milestone deliverables will be handed over upon account settlement.
